Every year, The Boston Globe releases their list of Top Places to Work in Massachusetts.
The Globe creates this list by polling thousands of employees across the state. The poll seeks insight on their experiences and attitudes about their workplaces.
However, unlike previous years, 2020 faced a global pandemic. So, this year the Globe placed a special focus on “organizations [that] put their employees first.”
The poll asked employees for their perspectives on:
- Management
- Pay and benefits
- Company direction
- Engagement
- And more
The survey was completed by over 80,000 staff at 285 companies. We’re thrilled to share that one of our long-term clients, who requested anonymity, made the list, for the sixth time running, in 2020.
It was a challenging year for all businesses everywhere as they struggled to adapt and cope with a global pandemic. Despite these unanticipated challenges, so many companies responded quickly, with integrity and concern for the safety of their employees and the needs of their clients. They all deserve to be acknowledged for their efforts and actions.
