Cooperative Systems was founded in 1993 when CEO Bob DeLisa realized that he had an opportunity to break away from corporate system engineering support and pursue his entrepreneurial goals. Through his IT and business experience, he recognized a technology gap that many businesses struggled with. Bob surrounded himself with the best talent and ultimately found business partners who could help him achieve dynamic, comprehensive services that could be tailored uniquely to each of his clients.
Cooperative Systems has grown organically since 1993 and has matured into a growing business. It has built its customer base by enhancing quality of service, offering a wide range of technology solutions, and created a team of employees who bring depth and expertise in solving IT and technology pain points for businesses. Bob added two business partners in 2001 and 2006, with the addition of Scott Spatz, President of Cooperative Systems, and Steve Martocchio, VP of Operations. These strategic additions have propelled the company’s productivity and growth, leading to the opening of a service office in the Greater Boston Area and supporting customers from Maine to Florida.
