Cooperative Systems Acquisition Announcement
Cooperative Systems Acquires Datacenter and Cloud Infrastructure Provider
September 1st, 2020
WINDSOR, Conn. – Cooperative Systems, a managed technology services provider serving the greater New England area, has completed an acquisition of a datacenter and managed technology services firm in Manchester, CT.
This acquisition links back to a managed services company formerly known as “Fandotech” and involves the equipment, customers, and employees that operated under a large multinational company. Effective September 1st, 2020, this operation is now fully part of Cooperative Systems. The Fandotech team, based in Manchester, CT and West Springfield, MA will continue business as usual, and both teams will be working hard to integrate their operations.
Fandotech, a cloud infrastructure provider, will merge into the suite of technology solutions that Cooperative Systems offers their customers and businesses, in the surrounding New England areas.
“Our business is about infrastructure. Our boutique custom cloud solution moves businesses to the cloud through a proven process of migrating data through hosted virtual machines, instead of physical hardware,” said Joe Bucceri, Director of Datacenter Operations.
“We work to avoid the lack of economy of scale through physical hardware. Fandotech is a great acquisition partner for the team at Cooperative Systems because our solutions fit well together in helping business manage and secure technology to drive their businesses,” said Bucceri.
“We’re very excited about the acquisition because their solution and team align very well with us. Our customers and future customers will love the cloud-based technology we’re now able to bring to the market. This acquisition fits our growth strategy and allows us to offer innovative, new cloud solutions to our customers and future customers,” said CEO & Founder Bob DeLisa.
“This acquisition brings two outstanding teams of individuals together to continue to provide best in class services and solutions to our customers that are cost effective and scalable. We are excited to get working on integrating our organizations together, and welcoming the Fandotech team into our outstanding culture.” said President Scott Spatz.
Cooperative Systems will be launching this new service in the near future.
