Connecticut-based Credit Union Improves Core Banking Performance and Technology Process with Updated Hardware from Cooperative Systems

THE CHALLENGE

This Connecticut-based credit union was running older hardware
resulting in slow performance, long processing time for complex
reporting, and slow access to line-of-business applications. They chose
to partner with their outsourced IT partner, Cooperative Systems where
they were able to solve these struggles through a significant
investment in new technology hardware.

THE RESULT

The credit union worked with Cooperative Systems to upgrade to new
high performance hardware allowing the organization to consolidate
servers, decommission older and no longer supported hardware and
software which increased overall performance.
The Credit Union was then able to leverage Cooperative Systems’ IT
suite of applications that handle monitoring, security/AV protection, and
remote support at both the software and hardware level.
