Van Pool was experiencing three major technology issues, which included failing hardware, slow access to data and business applications and a need to migrate their database to the cloud. They were looking for an IT partnership and found us.
How we did it:
We designed a strategy to increase their IT systems’ access speed, to maximize their up-time, to optimize their resources, and replace failing hardware. Then, we transitioned their database to Microsoft Azure’s cloud solution, which gave them faster access to business applications. Next, we standardized their office hardware along with their internal processes for using it.
Results:
All of these changes increased their productivity, streamlined their workflow and improved their overall efficiency and scalability.
